MediTrack respects your privacy and is committed to protecting user information.
MediTrack allows users to manually record health-related information such as medications, blood sugar, blood pressure, weight, water intake, and calorie tracking data.
This information is stored locally on the user's device unless cloud or backup features are explicitly enabled in future versions.
The app may also collect limited technical information required for app functionality, stability, analytics, notifications, and crash reporting.
The app may use internet access to support core functionality, notifications, analytics, app stability services, and future synchronization features.
MediTrack may request certain device permissions such as notification access in order to provide medication reminders and health tracking features properly.
The app may send local notifications and reminders related to medications, health tracking, and scheduled user activities.
The app may use trusted third-party services such as Google Play Services, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or advertising providers to improve app performance, reliability, and user experience.
These services may collect limited technical or diagnostic information according to their own privacy policies.
MediTrack does not sell personal information to third parties.
Health data you record (medications, blood sugar, blood pressure, weight, water intake, calorie tracking, etc.) is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit or store this data on our servers. It is retained on the device for as long as the app remains installed.
You can delete your data at any time using the following methods:
• Delete individual entries: Open any record (medication,
measurement, etc.) inside the app and use the delete option to remove it
permanently.
• Clear all app data on Android: Go to
Settings → Apps → MediTrack → Storage → Clear Data.
This removes every record stored by the app.
• Uninstall the app: Removing MediTrack from your device
permanently deletes all locally stored data.
Technical, analytics and crash data collected through third-party services (Google Play Services, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, advertising providers) is anonymized and retained according to those providers' own retention policies — typically a few months to a maximum of 14 months for analytics, and up to 90 days for crash reports. This data is not linked to your personally identifiable information and is used only to diagnose issues and improve the app.
Data deletion requests: If you would like us to delete any information that may be associated with your device, you can email us at aksufurkan8@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.
MediTrack is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page.
